The company held fire safety knowledge training and emergency drills on May 12th in order to better popularize fire safety knowledge and on-site emergency drills, make employees better grasp and understand fire knowledge and improve self-defense and self-rescue ability effectively.

　　At the training conference, Wang Baoli, vice-general manager of the company, made an important speech. He emphasized the importance of “safety first, prevention first, ensure safety, everyone’s responsibility” and that everyone should strengthen the safety awareness and understand the truth of “hidden danger is greater than open fire, prevention is better than disaster relief, responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai”. At the same time, all departments were required to attach great importance to fire safety training and emergency drills, and place fire safety issues at the top. After the training, all departments shall carry out self-inspection, old power supply, circuit and equipment facilities. The hidden danger shall be rectified immediately, and the inspection records shall be made.

　　The use of gas masks, emergency escape methods, self-rescue and evacuation of the fire scene were taught in the training. In the emergency drill, Lu Siming, an employee of the safety and environmental protection department, imparted the correct operation method of dry powder fire extinguisher: “first, shake, secondly, pull and finally, eject”, and the large number of staff participated actively and showed their skills.

　　Through the training and field emergency drills, the fire awareness of staff was further enhanced, the emergency treatment capability of the safety accidents was improved, and the good effect of popularizing the fire-fighting knowledge and strengthening the safety guard consciousness was truly achieved.
